Mike Poehner

Mike Poehner is Vice Chairman of the Board and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at TDS. In this role, he leads the company’s finance organization with responsibility for the company’s accounting, financial planning and analysis.

A seasoned financial executive, Mike has over 30 years of experience leading business strategy, sales management and finance for technology companies, and a strong track record in deploying industry-leading financial processes to drive long-term growth.

Most recently Mike served as corporate treasurer and managing partner at The INSIGHT Group, where he led numerous consulting engagements with clients, leading strategic solutions, global market coverage plans, services initiatives, and new offering development.

Mike holds an MBA in finance from the University of Connecticut and a bachelor’s degree from Villanova University.
